Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tessli handles account, room-planning and support information.
Operator and contact
Tessli is the customer-facing service name. Contact the operator through the Tessli Support form. The operator's legal name and postal address are published through the checkout provider when configured for the relevant sale.
Data controller
The Tessli operator acts as controller for account, room-planning and support data processed through this service.
Information we process
This can include account details, email address, name, room photographs, room measurements, constraints, budgets, saved plans, product baskets, public-sharing choices, votes, support messages and technical usage information.
Room photos and measurements
Room photographs, measurements and constraints are used to create and store room-planning records. Do not upload people, address labels, correspondence, payment data or other sensitive information unless necessary for your request.
AI providers and subprocessors
Tessli uses Convex for application data and authentication. MadeThis provides the hosted checkout handoff. An external AI provider is not enabled by this application, so Tessli does not represent that submitted room data is sent to an AI provider.
Model-training use
Tessli does not use uploaded room photos or room measurements to train a Tessli model. If an external AI provider is enabled, its use of submitted data must be reviewed and disclosed before that processing is enabled.
Storage and retention
Planning records are retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, transaction records, dispute handling or legal obligations. Request deletion through Tessli Support; records that must be retained for security or legal obligations may be kept for that purpose.
Sharing and voting
Rooms are private by default. If you choose a public sharing or voting link, the information you publish through that link may be viewed by others. Do not publish information you do not want shared.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion or information about your planning data through Support. We may verify account ownership and retain limited records where necessary for security, accounting or legal obligations.
