Data Deletion
You can ask Tessli to delete account and room-planning information.
Request deletion
Use the Tessli Support form from the account email address. State whether you want the account, a room record, uploaded photos, public sharing records or all eligible data deleted.
Verification and timing
Tessli may verify account ownership before actioning a request. Deletion timing depends on the scope, account verification and any records that must be retained; Tessli does not publish a response-time guarantee.
What may remain
Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained. Publicly shared content may need to be removed from its share page separately.
Before you request
Download or save any room-plan information you want to keep. Deleted planning records may not be recoverable.
